I was displeased with the slow response time from room service. Requests took far longer than anticipated. the mini-bar was not consistently restocked. It lacked items upon arrival and refills were infrequent. also, the gym equipment showed signs of wear. Maintenance of the facilities needs improvement. i found the air conditioning unit difficult to regulate. Temperature fluctuations were a persistent annoyance. It disrupted afternoon relaxation.

The terrace was somewhat narrow. It made it difficult to pass the chair when someone sat there. This was only a minor inconvenience overall.

The breakfast buffet presented a massive spread. It included fresh eggs a coffee machine with a barista fresh fruit and juices. The pool was also really pretty with views. We used the gym and had a decent workout session each morning.
The shampoo and shower gel were not adequately replenished daily. The amounts were only enough for one shower a day. I found a burnt iron mark on the upholstery. Staff seemed dismissive when I raised concerns.
